Orders are processed within two to three (2-3) business days (tuesday through friday, not including holidays), pending accepted photo, credit card authorization and verification. Personalization may take up to 14 days. Ships within 3 weeks.

Shipping is complimentary within the continental united states for orders over $250. All mpd are shipped via ups ground or usps standard delivery. For expedited shipping, please contact us at info@mypaperdolls.Com for additional shipping rates.  

•   we will not ship to a po box. We don’t want your dolls to get lost in the mail.
•   if there is any damage to your package, such as a broken seal or open box, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

For international shipping rates, please contact us at info@mypaperdolls.Com with your delivery address and we will provide you with a shipping estimate.

How do I check my order status?

If you placed your order while logged in to your mypaperdolls.Com account: navigate to the “orders” section of your account. Here you can see detailed order information about your current and past orders. If your order has shipped, you will see the tracking number. 

If you placed your order as a guest: we will send you emails when your order ships, along with your ups or usps tracking details.

My package is lost
